Hi --- My name is Thomas.
I've been practicing Swedish Massage and Reiki intention energy work for over a decade now. It was more of an interest based on intuitive, innate skill . I wanted to better understand and mitigate recurring or chronic issues that come with time and age however. So, more recently I decided to make a living seeking optimal health and wellness. I recently completed Sports, Prenatal and Chair Massage programs to round out my competences and am currently working toward certification as a Personal Trainer to better understand and advise with respect to human biomechanics.
